About Sonee
Sonee Thompson is a sought after Fitness Expert, Trainer and On-Air Talent. She's a talented multi-sport athlete and native Floridian, (originally Pensacola) and a proud grad of the National Champion University of Florida Gators! After a successful start in Los Angeles, trained by the esteemed fitness guru Master Billy Blanks, Sonee received her Black Belt and First Degree from Master Blanks in his L.A. dojo where Sonee worked with professional athletes, celebrites, elite clientele and also studied with Master J.D. Rifkin. She brings her extensive knowledge and cutting edge skills to the Florida coastline. Get Good Body and good body wear are named an NFL Emerging Business for Tampa Bay Super Bowl XLIII!
