FAT LOSS FITNESS

Combines weight training, aerobic activity, and a balanced, consistent and nutritious eating plan which helps you burn body fat sensibly and efficiently while maintaining muscle growth and toning. Emphasis is on movement, repetition and ultimately, results.

PILATES SPECIFIC

The Eight Principles of Pilates: Concentration * Centering * Breathing * Control * Precision * Flowing Movement * Isolation * Routine - I'll teach you how to apply these to your body in a variety of intense and custom designed pilates routines chiseled from the theories and techniques of Joseph H. Pilates, the innovator. Utilizing the mat and apparatus, you will flatten abs, upright your posture, ease back pain, lengthen/strengthen your entire body, increase flexibility and focus your mind. Pilates is an all-star work in to your work out!

YOGA - I also teach one-on-one or group power yoga sessions

CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING

There are many ways to elevate the heart rate and get in that fat burning zone. I offer sessions incorporating or focusing on * Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing, Boxing, Sprinting, Treadmill, Elliptical, Walking and Running Drills. 

NUTRITION

Each client receives free nutritional analysis and recommendations.  You will receive proper nutritional guidance, support, in addition to supplement and herbal advice with products readily available. (customized meal plans available at additional cost)

SPORT SPECIFIC

Professional Athletes benefit from my diversified infusion training, which pairs select movements and techniques with the demands of your particular sport or position.  This focused training serves to boost your performance and maximization, enhances kinesthetic awareness (body control) and creates a more productive athlete.  These exercises may involve Pilates, Boxing, Yoga, Medicine Ball, Balance tools, Coreboard, Sprint and Agility drills, etc. 

STRETCHING

Stretching is a prerequisite for any successful fitness program. I incorporate a stretching routine in your workout program so you can become or remain flexible, athletic and agile. Stretching allows muscles to breathe and keeps you injury free. It's essential for recovery between sets/ workouts and increases your body's longevity. 

WITH OR WITHOUT WEIGHT

I'll custom design a program utilizing resistance and balance tools if you're not comfortable with free weights. There are plenty of other ways to accomplish your goals, some using your own body's weight resistance. Simple equation: Build Muscle = Lose Fat = Sculpt Definition. With or without free weight, we'll create and attain realistic goals.

Pilates

Pilates is the mind-body connection and has a powerhouse effect. Originally only embraced by dancers, now the benefits of Pilates have expanded internationally, touted by professional athletes, celebrities, and the general public. Understand that Pilates is a work in -  to your workout... a compliment to all other fitness work. I provide a clean professional, private and serene environment and astudio is equipped with a Balanced Body Allegro, combo chair, mat, ring and barrel. Work on superior equipment - receive elite training.  

Functional Training: Weights, Toning, Etc.

Utilizing tools like the Reebok Coreboard, balance pods, stability balls, resistance bands, weights, medicine balls, agility ladders, and the Magic Circle * exploring new concepts in functional training. The variety and challenge in the workouts will keep you motivated to progress along with great music mixes!

Cardio: Boxing, Kicking, Drills & More

Boxing routines using punching bags, pads and combo routines are on at my fitness studio. You'll learn proper technique at punching and kicking to really tone that torso, boost self-confidence in how to protect yourself and family. Elliptical, treadmill and cardio kickboxing are all part of the plan, along with custom designed drills to get your heart rate thumpin' and your body pumped up!
